Otavala Consulting welcomes academics and professional consultants to join our ranks as independent contractors, as well as graduate students to join us for a practicum or internship.

Consultants: 

If you feel that you have what it takes to be a successful consultant and have a graduate degree and/or previous consulting experience, contact us to discuss opportunities to work with our team as an independent consultant. We are a collaborative, professional team that offers many great opportunities for those capable of participating in a professional business environment.

Interns:

We are also looking for students in graduate programs that are currently studying management, business administration, business psychology, organizational development, or related field to join our team as Interns. Otavala offers many opportunities gain invaluable experience in the consulting field. At Otavala, we offer a unique, one on one mentoring program with continuing support while working on real-time projects with professional businesses.

We are always looking for independent consultants to join our team! We are a collaborative venture with independent professional consultants joined together to provide clients a one stop consulting solution to all their consulting needs.

Otavala is currently working with Ninash Foundation, helping to support Indo-International schools in India. Among other activities, Otavala is organizing fundraising events and developing a Learn-and-Serve India program to provide college students around the country an opportunity to be socially responsible while studying abroad in India. As part of the Learn-and-Serve India program, students travel to India to learn about Indian culture, philosophy, and yoga, while helping teach underprivileged children who would otherwise not have access to education. The students also help to build libraries and other facilities for the schools to provide better learning environments for these children.
